Farmlands planned across 50 acres of scenic land in Kolad. Kolad is a village, located near the Kundalika river in Raigad District, Maharastra.

We adapted from a master-plan drawn up for the plot when it was at 30 acres and integrated the expansion to 50 acres keeping the walking trails, roads and the base philosophy of the master-plan intact.

The club/common amenity space with strong influences of local village architecture abuts the village road and creates a sense of destination for the project. The key challenge has been efficiency of plot distribution, road slopes, protecting the existing vegetation and greening the entire site.
